What to Expect 

Your team’s experience will include: 

• Welcome & Orientation 
  A brief introduction to Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward, our mission, and the vital role we play in caring for animals in our community. 

• Behind-the-Scenes Shelter Tour 
  Learn about our daily operations, animal care standards, and how community support directly impacts the lives of vulnerable animals. 

• Hands-On Team Activities 
  Participants will work together on meaningful tasks such as: 

• Assembling enrichment toys for animals 

• Restocking our Community Pet Food Bank 

• Trail and outdoor maintenance 

• Animal bathing (as appropriate) 

• Cleaning and organization projects that support daily shelter care 
  Activities are tailored to shelter needs and group abilities to ensure a safe, engaging experience for all participants.
